1. Parties

Seller: İbrahim Erkan Bayram (iebarts.com)Buyer: Any individual purchasing digital products through the website.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale of digital products (including Lightroom presets, music files, and other downloadable digital content) offered through iebarts.com.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are completed once payment is successfully processed through the designated payment provider (e.g., iyzico).

All payments are one-time payments.There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally via download link or electronic access immediately after successful payment.

No physical products are sold or shipped.

5. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations regarding digital content:

Once a digital product has been delivered or download access has been provided, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that the digital product will be delivered immediately and that the right of withdrawal is therefore waived.

However, if a technical issue prevents access to the product (such as corrupted files or failed delivery), the buyer may contact [email protected]. Verified technical problems will be resolved through replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

The seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the digital product.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bursa, Türkiye.
